Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm

About this Opportunity:
We're hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for a heavy manufacturing company in Jordan, MN!
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Routine maintenance tasks on automated concrete paver production equipment, such as conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.
•Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
•Conducts preventative maintenance according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and longevity.
•Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment performance and address any operation concerns promptly.
•Able to work with the company's current maintenance software program.
What makes you a great fit:
•5 years of experience performing maintenance in a production setting, concrete plants ideally.
•Experience or education in welding is required.
•Ability to operate, or willingness to learn forklifts.
•Experience working with concrete production machines.
•Have any experience in robotics, programming, electronics or hydraulics is desired but not required.
