Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire
About this Opportunity:
As the Shipping & Receiving Lead, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the production and warehouse operations moving efficiently and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinate daily outbound shipments — ensuring order accuracy, packaging integrity, labeling, and documentation.

Schedule and oversee freight carriers, ensuring on-time pickups and cost-effective logistics.

Generate and verify all shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, ASN, etc.).

Maintain communication with production, scheduling, and customer service to align shipping priorities.

Validation of Incoming and Outgoing Shipments

Lead all receiving activities for raw materials, packaging, and supplies.

Verify counts, quality, and condition of incoming goods; resolve discrepancies promptly.

Validating and verifying shipment contents, including spot checks

Manage material flow from receiving to the warehouse to the production floor.

Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/WMS systems for receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
What makes you a great fit:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations — preferably in manufacturing or packaging.

Forklift certification and hands-on leadership experience.

Ability to work in a warehouse/production setting.
