Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: $25/HR - $35/HR DOE

Atlas Staffing has partnered with a leading personal care and cosmetic manufacturer that specializes in producing skincare, haircare, and beauty products for major national brands. This fast-paced production facility uses advanced machinery and cleanroom standards to ensure the highest quality products. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their growing team and help keep operations running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and production machinery

Diagnosing mechanical issues and completing timely repairs

Using tools like hoists, cranes, and testing instruments to inspect and fix mechanical equipment

Coordinating with production teams to reduce downtime and improve safety

Managing inventory of parts, tools, and supplies

Following GMP, SOP, and safety procedures at all times

Participating in company training sessions, including safety and equipment operation
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance instructions

Familiarity with electric motors, pumps, generators, and pressure systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Able to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
-
Flexible and willing to work overtime as needed
-
Comfortable working in a loud environment and performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing, kneeling, etc.)
Required Education & Experience:

Associate degree in mechanics or related field or equivalent experience

1–4 years of hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience preferred
