Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm
Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Hire
About this Opportunity:
As a Production Line Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Read job tickets and communicate effectively with production team members
•Complete daily production paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
•Enforce company quality standards throughout the production environment
•Maintain an organized, safe, and tidy work area
•Ensure production orders are completed on time and meet client specifications
•Identify and resolve production line issues quickly and effectively to maintain expected production deliverables
•Support the implementation of new processes and procedures
•Perform other duties as assigned by management
What makes you a great fit:
•High School Diploma or GED encouraged
•Basic math and computer skills required
•At least 1 year of experience in printing/packaging preferred (willing to train motivated individuals)
•2+ years of manufacturing and or packaging experience.
•Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
•Detail-oriented with a solutions-focused mindset
•Familiarity with standard safety protocols around machinery
•Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude
•Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
•Strong communication skills—able to motivate, coach, and collaborate across a diverse team; Spanish language skills are a huge plus.
