About this Opportunity:
Atlas Staffing is partnering with a medical manufacturer that specializes in the assembly and distribution of high-end, innovative products for the orthopedic, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery markets.

This position involves hand assembly, sub-assemblies, and finishing medical devices either for stock or per specific customer orders. Components assembled include silicone plastic, plastic tubing, platinum contacts, and stainless steel wiring. This role requires the use of precision tools such as tweezers, spot welders, plastic presses, magnifying glasses, and testing equipment like multimeters/ohm meters.

Please note: A dexterity test will be required prior to being submitted for this opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling and finishing medical device components with precision and care

• Working with a variety of small parts, including plastic and metal materials

• Following detailed work instructions and quality standards for medical products

• Using tools such as tweezers, spot welders, plastic presses, and multimeters

• Conducting visual inspections using magnification to ensure accuracy and quality

• Collaborating with team members to meet production and safety goals

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Previous experience in hand assembly or sub-assembly, ideally in a cleanroom or medical device environment

• Familiarity with plastic components and tools used in plastic assembly or molding

• High attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity

• Ability to follow strict quality and safety standards

• Comfortable working with small parts and delicate instruments

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
