Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

About this Opportunity:
We have partnered with a leading provider of ice rink equipment and arena solutions, offering an exciting opportunity to join their dedicated team in Shakopee, Minnesota.
Associate is responsible for executing the Shipping & Receiving logistics function to support customer orders and managing the overall condition of the distribution warehouse.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Compile information, such as material inventory, materials used, so that status reports can be completed.
• Examine sales orders, pick lists and work tickets for material requirements and schedule work processes, in order to assure timely completion of shipments.
• Package and prepare orders for shipment. Generate appropriate paperwork including but not limited to: bill of ladings and commercial invoices.
• Assist in maintaining inventories and requisitioning of materials and supplies necessary to meet ASO demands.
• Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Receive, examine goods shipped and verify completeness of orders and reconcile against bills of lading, invoices and other documents. Record using computer.
• Unpack and replenish items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms and warehouses; put away in bin locations
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and/or adjust errors.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
• Keep records on the use and maintenance of stock handling equipment.
What makes you a great fit:
• Minimum post-secondary diploma or degree in related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2-5 years in shipping, receiving, and materials management.
• Advanced computer skills required, familiarity with ERP (EPICOR) systems.
• Hold valid lift truck certification
