Now Hiring: Powder Coating Painter
Location: Elk River, MN
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm; OT works until 3:30-4pm.
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Description:
Company in Elk River, MN seeking reliable and experienced powder coat painters who are looking to grow with the company. Job duties include read prints and discern the quality of parts, set up and maintain all paint systems, apply all types of powder coatings, maintains inventor of powder used, clean work areas, and all other duties as assigned
What You’ll Be Doing:

Read prints/travelers and discern the quality of parts being processed

Set up and maintain all paint systems to insure maximum productivity

Apply all types of powder coatings at high quality standards

Maintains inventory of powder utilized

Trains and monitors new painters
-
Maintains and cleans work areas
-
Preforms all other duties as assigned
What makes you a great fit:

Previous painting experience in a production environment

Knowledge of metal coating processes and procedures

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, coach, and motivate a production team

Willingness to learn JobBoss and WorkStation Driver software
