Location: Maple Grove, MN

Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm,

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour, paid weekly

Employment Type: 3-6 month contact

About this Opportunity:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Full Desk Recruiter for a3-6 month contract. The Bilingual Full Desk Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles within our organization. This role will be crucial in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, with a strong emphasis on Spanish-speaking candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required (speaking, reading, and writing).

• Proven success in sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of roles.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
