Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $38.00-48.00/hr

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team to provide management, solve IT issues, and more!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing management of our 3rd party technology service provider

• Solving IT issues and raising escalated cases with our 3rd party technology service provider

• Operating a help desk ticketing system, prioritizing requests as they arise

• Managing IT hardware and software procurement, associated budget, and vendors

• Managing, configuring, and supporting company’s UCaaS and Contact Center platform

• Coordinating the configuration and distribution of our laptop, peripherals, and mobile equipment to employees, along with associated user access management through our MSP or other providers

• Developing and maintaining standard operating instructions, policies, and workflow processes

• Ensuring compliance with company and employment policies, safety policies, and guidelines

• Leading ad hoc projects as assigned

• Identifying and executing cost-saving and efficiency opportunities as they arise

• Ensuring all day-to-day IT activities are operational and meeting or exceeding user expectations

What makes you a great fit:

• 5 years of IT leadership experience

• Experience supporting an in-office and remote workforce

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or information systems (experience may substitute for formal educational credentials)

• Experience administrating Microsoft 365 and predominately Windows-based environment

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices

• Experience working in service desk platforms such as ServiceNow

• Experience managing and configuring iOS devices and device management through Jamf

• Experience evaluating and purchasing hardware and software

• Ability to manage competing priorities and correctly determine high-priority items

• Ability to context switch between technical responsibilities and administrative tasks

• Prior experience managing a managed service provider

• 10 years of hands-on technical experience

• Experience with one or more UCaaS and/or Contact Center solutions
