About this Opportunity: Atlas Staffing has partnered with Halal Meats, a leading wholesale meat supplier, and we are looking for administrative assistants to join their team!
Our client is seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to support daily operations, manage scheduling, and assist with customer service and order processing. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with the daily administrative operations at Halal Meats Wholesale.

Managing schedules, customer service inquiries, and order processing.

Handling phone calls and emails to ensure efficient communication with customers and vendors.

Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for orders, inventory, and shipments.

Assisting with inventory management and updating product information.

Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Previous administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous experience with customer service is a must.
