Location: Ramsey, MN

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18-$22/hr.

Employment Type: Full Term Trial to Hire

About this Opportunity:

Atlas Staffing has partnered with The Originator of the raised center anniversary medallion.

Our client is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Representative.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handles inbound customer / prospect calls to convert opportunities into sales.

• Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers, by telephone and e-mail, to qualify leads and sell products and services.

• Investigates and resolves customer problems

• Manages all aspects of customer communication on in-house orders

• Maintains complete understanding of company’s points of market differentiation and competitive advantage, and effectively employs this knowledge in sales conversion process.

• Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares and enters sales orders for orders obtained.

• Follows up on all active quotes

• Leads, coordinates and actively participates in artwork development process, with customer and Art Services department.

• Builds and maintains customer relationships.

• Travels to and attends trade shows

• Maintains intimate understanding of order entry system and strong working knowledge of all other relevant systems.

• Possesses detailed knowledge of entire product line, including features, benefits and pricing.

• Actively seeks feedback on product line and market dynamics and provides to management as obtained.

• Follows established company policies, procedures and objectives.

• Active in continuous quality improvement objectives and safety control standards.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
