Location: Lino Lakes, MN

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Employment Type: Full time, Direct hire

 

About this Opportunity:

The Senior Customer Service Representative will be a critical liaison between customers and the company, providing exceptional support for inquiries related to our medical device manufacturing services and products. This role requires expertise in managing complex orders, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Senior CSR will oversee and mentor entry-level and mid-level Customer Service Representatives, ensuring consistency in service quality and professional development. This position will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert-level assistance on products, services, technical specifications, and project timelines.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing, to ensure the timely processing of customer orders and meet customer specifications.

Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, providing effective solutions or involving the appropriate departments as needed.

Analyze historical data and trends to support accurate and competitive quoting processes.

Review and process customer orders, ensuring all details are aligned with project specifications and timelines.

Generate and present reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service trends to leadership teams.

Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in Customer Service processes.

Lead initiatives to improve the customer service experience, offering recommendations for process or product improvements.Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5+ years of customer service experience with a proven track record in technical or contract manufacturing industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for customers.
