Atlas Staffing has partnered with one of the top innovative medical device manufactures providing critical components for important products since 1977.
Our client is looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to join their team to perform final inspection of finished products, ensuring conformance to company quality standards and customer specification prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and previous quality inspecting experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform final inspections of molded plastic parts per Control Plan.

Perform visual inspection of molded plastic parts using VMM or Scope.

Maintain inspection records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices.

Performs duties in accordance to Quality System documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.

Complete special inspection requests, as needed.

Assist with Receiving Inspection, as needed.

Assist with In Process Inspection, as needed.

Take necessary steps to verify work output meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
What makes you a great fit:
-
Minimum of two years inspection experience in a plastic injection manufacturing environment.

Applied use of mechanical inspection gages such as: Scope, VMM, calipers, gages, micrometers, drop indicators, etc. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. Reliable with strong work ethic
Must be proficient in:

OGP, Keyence, and Zeiss measurement systems
-
GD&T international standard for measuring and tolerance
-
Use of CMMM or VCMM Measurement Module a diagnostic tool
