Location: Edina, MN
Pay: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm - hybrid schedule, work 2 days from home, 3 days from office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping clients with utility bills and other programs to help their financial stability by creating a payment plan or helping them qualify for program assistance
Knowledge of Microsoft programs – Word; Excel; Outlook; QuickBooks experience helpful but not necessary.
Customer service experience with call center or dealing directly with consumers is helpful
Data entry
Ability to work with a small team and complete projects on time
