Location: Rosemount, MN

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.00/hr

Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!

About this Opportunity: Atlas Staffing has partnered with a client to fill a production position! Our client is looking for candidates to join their team in operating both powder and liquid mix machines to produce concrete. The role involves loading and unloading materials, handling materials safely, and performing some forklift duties. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area, ensure the smooth operation of machines, and support inventory control by managing stock and materials as needed. Previous experience in production or material handling is preferred, but all interested candidates are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate powder and liquid mix machines to produce concrete

• Load and unload materials for production

• Handle materials safely and efficiently

• Perform basic forklift duties as required

• Maintain a clean and organized production area

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary

• Assist with inventory control, managing stock and materials

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time

• Occasional lifting, bending, and reaching to handle materials

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment

• Ability to operate a forklift and other production equipment safely

• Willingness to perform manual labor tasks as part of the role
