Now Hiring: Dispatcher

Location: Ramsey, MN

Shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!

About this Opportunity:
Atlas Staffing has partnered with a local 24 Hour Restoration Company seeking a Dispatcher.

Our client is looking for semi experienced Customer Service Rep along with Data Entry skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Answer and re-directing incoming calls

• Take new loss information

• Schedule service crew appointments as needed

• Appointment follow-up

• Perform basic office duties

• Assist with receiving visitors in the facility

• Rotational schedule of working till 6pm

• Dispatch experience and willing to be trained

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be able to prioritize and problem solve

• Must be positive and energetic

• Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
