Location: Shakopee, Mn
Shift: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday
Pay: $21.00/hr
Employment Type: Full-time, trial to hire!
About this Opportunity:
We are partnering with a manufacturing and distribution company. Their product divisions include Agronomics, Animal Health and Home, Lawn and Garden, Roofing Systems, and Vehicle Products.
In this role, you'll fill, pack, and palletize quality products while operating machines to ensure efficient processes. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for steady work in a fast-paced environment, with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment.
What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble materials needed for the filling process (e.g., bottles, caps, labels).

Operate machinery to fill containers with products, package, and palletize finished goods.

Accurately document inventory and completed batches.

Adhere to all safety and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
-
Previous experience in a factory or production setting is preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent Vo-Tech training is preferred.

Some mechanical ability and essential math skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.

Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
