Pay: $20.00-25.00/hr

About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Equipment Service Technician & Delivery Driver to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing coffee brewers, grinders, espresso machines, and other related equipment. You will also deliver coffee and associated products to hospitality customers three days a week, with the other days spent in the warehouse performing preventative maintenance and repairs.
Additionally, you will use computers to connect and update equipment, provide service updates, and perform programming. The ideal candidate will have experience with coffee and espresso equipment, or a background in similar technical fields, such as plumbing or electrical work. Experience using a multi-meter and reading electrical schematics is a must.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Repairing and maintaining coffee brewers, espresso machines, and related equipment

Delivering coffee and related products to hospitality customers 3 days a week

Performing preventative maintenance on equipment

Providing excellent customer service and support

Using computers to connect equipment, provide service updates, and program machines

Being part of an on-call rotation for emergency service requests, which includes additional pay ($100 for being on-call, time and a half for service calls)
What makes you a great fit:

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills (experience using volt/ohm meters)

Customer service experience

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Background with coffee and espresso equipment preferred, but similar technical experience is acceptable (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
