Location: Lakeville, MN

Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly!

Shift: 3rd shift M - F 8:30pm -5:00am

 Sanitation Technician

Job Description: The Sanitation Tech is responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the production plant in compliance with established sanitary standards, and protocols.

• Clean and sanitize production floor, walls, and equipment.

• Dissemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing.

• Assemble clean equipment back together.

• Understand protocol and standard for wearing safety gears & glasses.

• Understand instructions on chemical use & mixing.

• Complete daily task forms.

• Inform and report any issue or equipment malfunction to sanitation manager.

• Understand MSS for chemicals used.

• Adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Adherence to SQF (Safe Quality Food).

• Perform all other duties deemed necessary or required by the sanitation manager.

Requirements: Ability to use inventory and other computer programs, including keyboarding is required. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is frequently required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.The Associate is occasionally required to climb or balance, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and depth perception.The Associate must be able to move around warehouse site to inspect and observe for proper operations.
