Location: Minneapolis, MN

Shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!

About this Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Warehouse Team Member to join our growing leather goods company. In this role, you will be a vital part of our fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of our high-quality products to customers. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips and instructions.

  • Verify the contents of orders for completeness and quality.

  • Prepare shipping labels and documentation using our shipping system.

  • Package orders securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Ship orders using various carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Palletize and prep bulk orders for shipment.

  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory.

  • Stock shelves and maintain designated storage areas for different product categories.

  • Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

  • Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

  • Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company procedures.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous warehouse experience required.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.

  • FORKLIFT Certification preferred, but if not, you will get one on the job.
