About this Opportunity:
This position reports to the Assembly Supervisor in the Manufacturing Modules and Testing department. Responsibilities will include developing on-the-job-training checklists and content with subject manner experts and delivering training related to assembly operations, assembly-support processes, computer applications, Quality procedures and lean Manufacturing principles, creating course materials, assessing the effectiveness of training programs and participating in continuous improvement projects.
What makes you a great fit:
HS diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience with related assembly operations
PCB soldering experience, with demonstrated knowledge of soldering best practices
Strong planning and organizational skills
Training experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably with assembly and soldering
Knowledge of IPC J-STD AND IPC-A-610 standards and certification in either preferred
Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
Experience researching, designing, developing and implementing training courses in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications; word, excel, powerpoint, outlook email
