Location: Saint Paul, MN
Pay: $24.19 per hour
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Trial to Hire

About this Opportunity:
Our client is looking for an experienced Machine Set-Up Operator to join their Split Point department. This role involves ensuring that machines run smoothly, loading, unloading, sorting, counting, and making minor adjustments. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation and be able to maintain high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Loading, unloading, and sorting parts to ensure smooth operation
• Making minor adjustments to machines to keep them running within specified tolerances
• Checking product quality using rulers, scales, micrometers, and other measuring devices
• Completing required documentation for quality control and production records
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Other related duties as assigned

What makes you a great fit:
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the work area regularly
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
