Location: Eden Pairie, MN

Shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $16.00/hr

We’re partnering with a leading company in the acoustic products industry, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join the team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in an independent environment. You’ll be working with custom acoustic materials, ensuring high-quality products are prepared and shipped directly to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling acoustic baffles, ceiling panels, felt baffles, and other products in various colors and sizes.

• Using tools like hot melt guns and box cutters to assemble and finish products with a high level of precision.

• Laminating acoustic sheets with glue or tape.

• Loading finished products into crates for shipping.

• Completing everyday tasks such as cleaning and preparing samples.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks with clean, consistent results.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to communicate in English (proficiency required).

• Physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).

• A reliable work ethic and commitment to completing tasks with accuracy.
