Job description:
The Line Lead will be responsible for, but is not limited to, the following tasks: ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of equipment, organizing staff based on production needs, tracking production rates, recording data for accurate documentation, overseeing teams, and providing additional support to facilitate efficient production operations.
Requirements:

Experience as a fill operator

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience leading and training others
-
Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Able to lift up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds
