Pay: $19.00 per hour, paid weekly

Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm-7:00 pm, Part-Time

Job Description:

The custodian is responsible for comprehensive cleaning and maintenance, including dusting, vacuuming, carpet care, floor scrubbing, strip and waxing, and glass cleaning. Skilled in maintaining spotless and professional environments through attention to detail and efficient cleaning techniques. Dedicated to delivering high-quality results and ensuring spaces are consistently clean and welcoming environments for those in the building. Will be checking and maintaining supplies in all restrooms and break rooms, collecting and disposal of trash, and responsible for completing special projects to ensure all areas are cleaned in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure all machinery, tools, devices, and utility items used are maintained properly.

Requirements:

Experience working in custodial and boiler operator’s license is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge of basic emergency procedure
