We’re currently hiring for a Press Operator role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• • Skillfully set up and manage gravure or multi-color offset presses to deliver exceptional print quality.

  • Conduct precise color calibrations and make expert corrections to meet and exceed quality standards.

  • Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance, while meticulously documenting setup, maintenance tasks, and production outcomes.

  • Inspire and guide the press team, fostering collaboration, addressing challenges, and partnering with supervisors to enhance production efficiency.

  • Wide knowledge of printing processes, with a deep understanding of offset printing techniques, ensuring every project is a masterpiece from start to finish.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.

  • Expertly utilizes a micrometer to accurately mount and align printing plates, ensuring precision and consistency in every print run.
