This is a fantastic opportunity to train and grow into a lead field service technician role. Join a company specializing in the installation and maintenance of heavy machinery in the truss-building industry. As a technician, you’ll play a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and installing machinery in industrial environments while providing excellent customer service and overseeing job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Installing, repairing, and diagnosing machinery within the truss-building industry
• Leading worksites and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilizing welding and fabrication tools, including torches, plasma cutters, and welders
• Updating parts records, filing reports, and planning job tasks
• Traveling internationally (U.S. and Canada) to perform installations and repairs

What Makes You a Great Fit:
• Welding and fabrication experience (required)
• Proficiency with electric tools and forklifts
• Ability to obtain and maintain a passport for international travel
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 70 pounds
