Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for 3rd shift with specific filling equipment experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment breakdowns involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Tear down equipment, rebuild and replace defective parts such as motors, gear boxes, clutches, bearings, and electrical units; reassemble and make final adjustments.
• Work from job assignments, prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, machine manuals, preventive maintenance sheets, and instructions.
• Support maintenance and safety initiatives across packaging and facilities support equipment.
• Collaborate with personnel at all levels individually or in team settings.
• Maintain high levels of visual accuracy and multitask efficiently while on foot 80–90% of shift.

• Carton erectors, carton sealers, liquid fillers, case packers, palletizers, cappers, conveyors, labelers

• Laub/Hunt, Diagraph, Pack West Machinery

• Graham, Meta, Pearson Packaging, ABC Packaging, E-Pack Machinery
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to provide personal set of basic mechanic's hand tools
• Capable of lifting up to 55 lbs
• Good troubleshooting skills: AC 480–120V, DC low voltage, pneumatic, hydraulic, and cam systems
• Able to work weekends and overtime as required
• Self-starter who performs well in fast-paced environments
