Pay: 22.00 - 38.00 per hour (+ 10 percent shift differential for nights)

If you're an experienced Injection Molding Technician looking for a direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay, stability, and career growth, this is for you! Assist Staffing is hiring for a top-tier manufacturing facility in Buffalo Grove, IL, offering a clean, high-tech work environment and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Injection Molding Machines while ensuring product quality

• Perform mold changeovers, color changes, and material lot tracking

• Load validated master cycle parameters into molding machines at each startup

• Align and operate robotic and automated systems

• Conduct visual inspections and follow ISO, GMP, and safety protocols

• Troubleshoot small to mid-sized process issues and escalate as needed

• Perform preventative maintenance (TPM Level 1) on equipment

• Complete all required documentation and quality checks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S Standards

• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for unsafe equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Must have at least 2 years of prior Injection Molding experience (Candidate without experience will not be considered)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic math & computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 90% of the shift

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
