Description for Accounting Admin:
- Direct hire opportunity
- Weekly and monthly billing
- Coding invoices for A/P
- Entering payroll
- Making collection calls
- Filing intents and affidavits
- Filling out lien releases
Details for Accounting Admin:
- Pay: $21-$25 an hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shift Hours: 730AM to 430PM
Requirements for Accounting Admin:
- Prior A/P experience and knowledge
- Payroll experience preferred
- Experience in handling and keeping confidential information
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits after hire:
- WA Sick Pay Leave
- Full benefits 30 days after hire
- 401k after 90 days with 50% match up to 6%
- Profit sharing of 3-5% after 6 months
- Bonuses after 6 months based on previous fiscal year
