Description for Inside Sales and Admin Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer concerns. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and concerns.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Process customers’ orders and requests.
Serves as liaison between the manufacturing and sales.
Details for Inside Sales and Admin Support:
- Pay: $20-26
- Schedule: M-F
- Shift Hours: 8am-5pm
Requirements for Inside Sales and Admin Support:
- High School Degree required.
Associates degree in business preferred or equivalent experience.
Two years preferred practical accounting experience.
Excellent spelling, grammar and writing skills.
- Proficient in math
Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Creative and technical writing ability
Strong customer services skills
Adaptability and flexibility
