American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned and rapidly growing paver company in Tacoma, WA to find a Scheduling & Sales Coordinator who wants to make an impact. This is a frontline, high-visibility role representing the company at the showroom and community events. We are looking for self-starters, go-getters, and future leaders who are eager to grow, willing to travel, and excited to work weekends.

Description for Scheduling & Sales Coordinator:
- Staff a showroom to actively engage visitors, promote company services, and generate high-quality leads
- Confidently start conversations and educate potential customers on projects and service options
- Manage daily scheduling for site crews, leads, and internal staff
- Support office operations including filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and team communication
- Attend community events, networking opportunities, and pop-up promotions
- Consistently generate and track new leads with potential customers
- Travel required: must be willing to drive to Olympia approximately 20% of the time
Details for Scheduling & Sales Coordinator:
- Pay: $20 an hour (+ Bonus Structure)
- Schedule: Retail-style schedule with Monday–Sunday availability
- Weekends are required and non-negotiable
- Shift Hours: 10AM – 8PM availability, 30–40 hours per week
Requirements for Scheduling & Sales Coordinator:
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a confident, outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Sales, outreach, or lead-generation experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
- Growth mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to advance within a company
