Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities, including task assignments and rotations.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with the Team Leader to assess the current production status, address any absenteeism or tardiness, and communicate changes to work areas or equipment.
- Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings with Production Associates to communicate requirements, address any changes, and foster engagement in resolving issues affecting employees or their work areas.
- Ensure that all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)/Daily Care activities, safety checks, and equipment maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the training, qualification, and performance of operators to ensure they are capable of fulfilling assigned duties.
- Fulfill any additional duties as outlined in the job description or assigned by the Department Manager.
