Job Title: Downstream Technician
Company Information: Advance Employment is a leader in staffing and recruiting, offering a range of staffing and workforce solutions. We are hiring Downstream Technicians for one of our clients, a plastics company, in Jackson Center, OH.
No experience necessary - we will train you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in manufacturing and packaging of plastic products on 12 hour shifts (7am to 7pm, 3 days on/2 days off rotation)
- Monitor equipment to ensure high quality and efficiency
- Operate production machinery according to company standards to produce a quality product
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standards and procedures
- Conduct product inspection to ensure high quality
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, company will provide training
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- A positive, friendly, can-do attitude
