Schedules & Pay Rates
(4) 10-hour shifts Mon-Thurs. OT on Fri/Sat when needed
1st Shift (5:30am - 4:00pm), $16.00/hr, overtime is $24.00/hr
2nd Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am), $17.12/hr, overtime is $25.68/hr
Once hired in, $1/hr pay increase will be granted

Showcase outstanding attendance and performance 
to earn a permanent position in less than 90 days!

Job responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to:
Setting up and operating machines
Loading and unloading machines
Operating manual material handling equipment
Conducting quality inspections of parts
Transitioning between stations as required

Requirements
Solid work history showing longevity
Capability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Capacity to stand and walk for extended durations
Reliable transportation to Northeast Grand Rapids
High school diploma or equivalent - OR 
18+ & enrolled with projected completion date within 6 months
