About the Role
Pasco County Utilities is seeking a Front Desk Specialist III to serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This position is responsible for providing a welcoming environment, assisting with inquiries, and supporting day-to-day office operations. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a team setting, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do

Greet customers and visitors in person, providing a friendly first impression and directing them to the right location within the building.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the correct department.

Provide friendly, professional support both face-to-face and over the phone.

Assist with records retention by scanning and attaching documents into the system.

Sort and deliver incoming mail to departments within the building.

Support general office operations and collaborate with team members as needed.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

3+ years of customer service or front desk/reception experience preferred.

Valid Florida driver’s license.
