The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Organize, categorize, and scan documents according to company protocols
- Greet and assist members of the public in a courteous and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and the public
- Utilize Microsoft Office core programs, including OneDrive and Teams
- Maintain general office functions such as filing, scanning, and email correspondence
- Manage workload to meet deadlines and prioritize daily tasks
- Multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
