In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our customers enjoy smooth and hassle-free experiences with their home and appliances. From refrigerators to washing machines, you’ll be diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and installing new units, all while providing excellent customer service to help keep our community comfortable and satisfied. We pride ourselves on our approachable atmosphere, and we’re seeking someone who shares our commitment to friendly interaction and teamwork. As an Appliance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of appliances and tackle different challenges each day. Your expertise will not only ensure operational efficiency for our clients but also help them understand their appliances better. Duties:

  • Inspect customers’ appliances and determine the cause of the appliance breakdowns.
  • Determine and present options for the repair or replacement of parts or appliances to customers.
  • Provide rough estimates for repairs or replacements of appliances.
  • Perform maintenance work on appliances.
  • Repair or replace damaged items/parts.
  • Install appliances for customers and provide directions on how to use the appliances correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all items and parts used during service calls.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience repairing, installing, and maintaining appliances.
  • Able to use a variety of hand tools.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 100+ lbs.
  • Valid State drivers license and a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday schedule TBD 

Wage: $ DOE, commissions available
