We are currently seeking a talented Draft person who loves to bring designs to life. You will work directly with contractors to build a comprehensive construction plan to bring client’s visions to reality and prevent unforeseen expenses, as well as address changes. 

General Job Tasks & Duties:

•    Create concept models from schematic diagrams and “existing conditions” as-built drawings. 

•    Perform detailing of installation methods with guided instructions.

•    Perform self-guided research on building components.

•    Document and track all changes to construction documents through plan development. 

•    Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•    Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.

•    Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

•    Working knowledge of current building codes preferred.

•    Two or more years of in-field construction experience preferred. 

Job Type: Part-time, Possible remote work at times, Flexible schedule. 

Wage: $20.00/hr.
