We are seeking a team member(s) to join our business and provide exceptional animal care to our client’s furry customers. Your love for animals, attention to detail, and customer service skills will ensure that our customer's pets leave our boarding and grooming establishment happy and healthy. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers and their beloved pets.
General Job Tasks & Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly in person and by phone.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers and provide animal boarding and grooming check in and check out services.
- Feed and provide fresh water to animals according to their specific dietary needs.
- Clean and disinfect kennels, cages, and play areas regularly.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with animals preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle animals of various sizes and temperaments safely.
- Able to stand, walk, kneel, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Part-time, Wednesday-Monday, possible shifts on Tuesday, hours of operation 7am-5pm
