We are seeking a skilled Carpenter or Carpenter Helper to join our team in the construction industry. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for various residential, remodel, and commercial construction phases. If you are passionate about craftsmanship and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

General Job Tasks & Duties:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements. 
  • Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, ensuring accuracy, and precision.
  • Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials using hand and power tools.
  • Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes, as per project specifications.
  • Install cabinets, shelves, windows, and doors, ensuring proper functionality and fit.
  • Repair and replace damaged or rotting woodwork, including floors, stairways, and fences. 
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth project completion.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter.
  • In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and practical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision. 
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday 

Wage: $18-$30/hr. DOE
