Our client, a valued community organization committed to its mission of Providing the Opportunity for Independence, is looking to add a Senior Resource Assistant to its dedicated team. The Senior Resource Assistant performs varied professional tasks designed to educate and assist seniors and persons with disabilities with resources to meet their needs in community-based programs. This will include researching, identifying, and providing information about human services, and accessing available services within the community. 

Duties:

  • Varied professional tasks designed to educate and assist clients.
  • Confer with the Program Manager, Information & Assistance staff, and the General Manager to plan, monitor, and evaluate program activities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid programs is preferred.
  • Most work is performed in an office setting but may include visiting clients in their homes.
  • May require the use of the employee’s vehicle for travel within Ravalli and Missoula County (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time / Monday-Friday / 8 am – 5 pm

Wage:  $15/hr.
