We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to work closely with our client and supporting staff, onsite in Stevensville, MT. Our client is a well-established and successful attorney specializing in Probate, Estate, and Elder Law. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is dedicated to serving the Bitterroot Valley and building relationships with their trusted clients.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare legal correspondence and documents such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support in analyzing case law and statutes.
  • Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and cataloging documents.
  • Monitor changes to laws, guidelines, or regulations.
  • All other job duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Paralegal with experience in Probate and Estate Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and principles.
  • Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time with an average of 30 hrs/week
