Part-time, Retail Clerk desired to oversee the daily operations of a hunting and outdoor specialty retail location in the heart of Stevensville. Applicants should have a strong background in retail sales and management. Excellent organization, strong communication, and customer service skills are necessary.

Duties:

  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Respond to customer concerns and complaints with professionalism.
  • Undertake store administration duties.
  • Order merchandise, track inventory, and maintain displays with products.
  • Ensure that the store complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain a tidy and clean store appearance.
  • Process sales using a POS system.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a retail environment is required.
  • Strong customer management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Drug screen and background check required upon offer of employment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time, weekends

Wage:  $17.50/hr.
