Full and part-time Painters are needed for a local construction firm providing residential and commercial painting services in the Bitterroot and Missoula Valley. All experience levels are welcome and needed. Duties: 

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer.
  • Apply paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • Ensure a smooth and even finish by following proper painting techniques.
  • Cover surfaces that are not to be painted with drop cloths or tape.
  • Clean and maintain painting equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • No experience is required.
  • Willingness to learn and apply acquired skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require strength and stamina.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background check and drug screen upon offer of employment.
