Full time, Laser Engraver with basic computer and typing skills needed to work various laser engraving equipment and provide basic equipment maintenance. The Laser Engraver with utilize pre-fabricated templates, load materials, and utilize user friendly software to produce custom made products. Candidates should be organized and detail oriented.
Duties:
- Follow specific customer orders for template usage and material selection.
- Load equipment with materials paying particular attention to not damage the machines or materials.
- Use observation skills to identify if the machine is working accurately.
- Remove completed product from the machine and disperse to other departments as required.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the work area.
- Assist with other production areas as needed to maintain company deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer and typing skills required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and complete procedural steps accurately throughout the duration of the shift.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, reach, bend, and lift up to 25lbs.
Job Type: Full time, Monday – Thursday 8am-4:30pm
Wage: $10/hr.
