We are looking for a dedicated Field Technician to join our team in the oil and gas sector, specifically supporting electric fracking (E-Frac) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in low and high-voltage applications, and the ability to perform physically demanding labor.


**Responsibilities:**


- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including both low and high voltage applications.

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.

- Perform heavy labor, including lifting, pulling, and positioning large electrical cables and components.

- Analyze equipment performance to identify and address potential failures or inefficiencies.

- Work closely with team members to execute field operations efficiently and on schedule.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed, inspections completed, and inventory usage.

- Follow and promote strict safety standards in all work environments, especially on remote job sites.


**Skills & Qualifications:**


- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and work on complex electrical systems.

- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

- Experience with low voltage systems required; high voltage knowledge is a plus.

- Physically fit and capable of performing intensive manual labor in outdoor and challenging conditions.

- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools (e.g., ammeters, ohmmeters).

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.


- Pay rate: $17-$20 for Helper, $21-$25 for Lead 

•    Per diem $40 per day in the field.
