Join us in assembling intricate electronic and mechanical modules—including circuit boards, IC modules, and system components—while following precise documentation and internal protocols. This role includes conducting quality checks, performing functional tests, and ensuring each unit meets our strict performance and reliability standards. You’ll read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to assemble various switchgear and high-voltage load interrupter switches, ensuring top-notch quality at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
• Module Assembly & Integration: Assemble high-precision electronic subcomponents using mechanical tools and light automated fixtures.
• Component Preparation & Handling: Install discrete components, subassemblies, wire harnesses, and mechanical structures per engineering drawings.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct in-process and final functional tests following internal quality procedures, documenting results accurately.
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Inspect assemblies, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Workstation Setup & Changeovers: Maintain an organized tool and assembly station to support efficient, routine workflows.
Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency with hand tools and interpreting assembly drawings/schematics.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented, repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Comfortable working under direct supervision with a focus on safety and quality.
Work Schedule & Shifts:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:
• Stationary assembly benches with precision hand tools.
• Microscopes, wire strippers, torque tools, and test fixtures.
• Light automated assembly or inspection equipment, depending on the product.

• Productivity: Units assembled per shift.
• Quality: Final inspection acceptance rate.
• Safety: Compliance with safety and handling protocols.
