Currently, we are in search of a Director of Engineering to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the engineering department, managing all engineering tasks and projects.

- Review and authorize engineering designs to ensure adherence to relevant codes and standards.

- Act as the primary link between the engineering department and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in the construction industry, encompassing knowledge of pertinent regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership acumen to inspire and oversee a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities for effective engagement with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools; familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
