At 1 Resource Group, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring their timely completion within set parameters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction or electrical engineering field and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities.
As the Project Manager Lead, your duties will include:
- Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and supervising project phases
- Building and guiding project teams to foster collaboration and excellence
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates and addressing issues
- Ensuring project adherence to relevant standards and regulations
- Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Conducting project assessments and generating reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing construction or engineering projects
- Proven track record in leading and developing project teams
- Proficient in project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Competency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
